Product features:
Modular center-mounted structure:
Circuit breaker installed on a movable center trolley, easy operation and maintenance, strong interchangeability, supports quick replacement.
Fully enclosed metal armor:
Cabinet made of high-quality galvanized steel or aluminum-zinc plate, assembled in parts, high structural strength, protection level up to IP4X (internal compartments IP2X), excellent dust and moisture resistance.
Combination of air insulation and composite insulation:
Main busbar, branch busbar, and cable compartment use air insulation; key components (such as contacts) use silicone rubber or epoxy resin insulation to reduce maintenance requirements.
Flexible scalability:
Supports multi-cabinet splicing, easy busbar expansion, adaptable to different main wiring schemes (such as single busbar, single busbar sectionalizing, etc.).
Safety performance:
Interlock mechanism uses mechanical forced locking with high reliability. Equipped with comprehensive "five-prevention interlock" functions.
Intelligent and monitoring functions (partially optional):
1 Online monitoring system
2 Contact temperature wireless monitoring (fiber optic or wireless sensor)
3 Mechanical characteristic monitoring (opening and closing speed, travel)

Intelligent control device:
Integrated temperature and humidity control, live display, open/close indication, voice prompts, remote communication (supports Modbus, IEC61850 protocols), realizing the "four remote" functions (remote measurement, remote control, remote signaling, remote adjustment).
Pressure relief channel design:
High-pressure gas generated by fault arcs can be directed out through the top pressure relief plate to prevent cabinet explosion.
