The Belt and Road Initiative, Hengxuan brings street art to Xinjiang, how exactly did they achieve this?

In the golden autumn with the fragrance of osmanthus and the refreshing autumn breeze, good news comes from Shihezi, a major city along the "Belt and Road" in Xinjiang. The landscape buried box-type substation, distribution control cabinets, boxes, and other equipment required for the first phase of the urban underground comprehensive utility tunnel project in Shihezi City, 8th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, provided by Nantong Suyuan Hengxuan Electric, were successfully completed and passed acceptance on September 4 after intense construction. This marks the completion of the entire first phase of the project, which is about to be ready for overall operation of the utility tunnel. Hengxuan Electric is committed to providing comprehensive solutions for China's power grid industry, national energy construction, and urban municipal projects. After confirming the project on June 21, 2019, Hengxuan Electric's technical team immediately optimized the original landscape buried box-type substation design within two weeks according to project specifications, focusing on "meeting the rapidly changing urban development and resolving the conflict between power products and urban aesthetics." They applied dual waterproof and anti-corrosion treatments to the fully sealed buried steel structure, artistically redesigned the advertising light boxes that are most visually impactful to passersby, and boldly adopted the most popular modern urban advertising LED light boxes. During production, Hengxuan Electric's frontline employees overcame the summer heat, strictly followed the company's project organization procedures and quality process control requirements, implemented mandatory inspection and recording for every part and component, carefully checked and tested each installation step and performance parameter, conducted double verification of quantity and packaging before shipment, and ultimately achieved on-time delivery. This earned high praise from China State Construction Xinjiang Construction Engineering Group and the utility tunnel operation company for Hengxuan Electric's professionalism and rigor.
