On May 26, 2024, Jiangsu Hengxuan Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as the Company and Hengxuan Electric) and Lichi Software (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. officially signed a benchmark cooperation agreement for digital application, marking a new chapter in their deep digital cooperation in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
