A mobile substation includes a mobile vehicle and the high and low voltage distribution devices, transformers, reactive power compensation, supporting secondary equipment, and communication equipment installed on the vehicle. It features flexible combinations, easy transportation, quick installation, and short construction cycles. It also has advantages such as high integration, small size, low footprint, flexible site selection, convenient operation and use, low investment, and quick results.
The bidding equipment provided by the bidder is a 110kV vehicle-mounted mobile substation, mainly composed of a 110kV substation vehicle, a 35kV substation vehicle, a 10kV distribution device vehicle, a 10kV reactive power compensation vehicle, cables, and their auxiliary equipment and materials.
The 110kV substation vehicle includes: 110kV main transformer, neutral point complete set equipment, 110kV lightning arrester, 110kV voltage transformer, 110kV HGIS combined electrical apparatus, secondary equipment, cable transfer cabinet, prefabricated cabin, semi-trailer platform, and auxiliary equipment;
The 35kV substation vehicle includes: 35kV main transformer, 35kV lightning arrester, 35kV voltage transformer, 35kV HGIS combined electrical apparatus, secondary equipment, cable transfer cabinet, prefabricated cabin, semi-trailer platform, and auxiliary equipment;
The 10kV distribution device vehicle includes: 10kV switchgear, station transformer, secondary equipment, communication equipment, prefabricated cabin, semi-trailer platform, and auxiliary equipment;

Requirements for core equipment:
The 110kV mobile substation main transformer has the special characteristics of oil-filled transportation and compact structure, and also requires high reliability. The main transformer module must use well-known brand vehicle-mounted special transformers; the protection, control, and communication equipment configured on the vehicle-mounted substation must all use products from manufacturers with outstanding performance records. -
