GGD type low-voltage fixed switchgear, abbreviated as GGD switchgear, is an AC distribution device suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and real estate buildings. Its rated operating voltage is 400/690V, and the rated operating current can reach 6300A, specially designed for 50Hz distribution systems.
GGD switchgear not only has excellent breaking capacity and dynamic thermal stability but also features a novel and reasonable structural design and practical electrical scheme, enabling it to perform excellently in various application scenarios. In addition, its series and wide applicability, along with a high protection level, ensure safety and reliability in use.Product Features:
The frame of the GGD switchgear is made of 8MF cold-formed steel, assembled by partial welding. Its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. On the frame, installation holes are orderly arranged according to modules of E=20mm and E=100mm, designed to enhance the product's assembly versatility.
In the design of the GGD switchgear, the main busbar is carefully arranged at the upper rear position of the cabinet. To ensure efficient and flexible assembly, we selected the ZMJ type busbar clamp, which uses a modular combination method. This busbar clamp is not only structurally stable but also supports both double busbar and single busbar configurations. Meanwhile, to ensure electrical safety, the PE and N bars are properly placed at the lower part of the cabinet.
In the design of the GGD switchgear, the knife-type transfer switch is cleverly installed in the middle part of the cabinet. Its front is equipped with a rotary operating mechanism, allowing users to operate conveniently without opening the cabinet door. This innovative design not only changes the traditional mechanical operation method but also improves operational efficiency and enhances overall safety.
The upper front of the GGD switchgear is carefully arranged with indicator meters, main control operation buttons, and signal lights, providing users with a clear and intuitive operating interface.
The interior of the GGD switchgear is flexible and diverse, compatible with various circuit breakers such as fixed or withdrawable frame circuit breakers, as well as molded case circuit breakers.
The cabinet of the GGD switchgear is treated with a powder coating process, offering excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the installation parts inside the cabinet are galvanized and passivated.
GGD switchgear not only focuses on internal quality but also maintains a high standard in appearance design. Its overall structural layout is reasonable, with smooth lines, highlighting the product's aesthetics and practicality.
