Low-voltage cable branch box (stainless steel cable branch box) features corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good sealing performance, and an attractive appearance. It provides all-weather protection, meeting the needs of various harsh environments and locations in outdoor engineering projects. It overcomes the defects of ordinary outdoor metal cable branch boxes such as easy rusting, short lifespan, and poor heat insulation. The metal material has advantages including high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, long service life, high insulation strength, arc resistance, and flame retardancy. The product design is flexible, easy for mass production, and can also be customized according to customer requirements. The low-voltage cable branch box (stainless steel cable branch box) is mainly used in urban residential small industrial areas, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and other three-phase AC 380/220V, 50Hz, rated current 630A and below power systems. It serves as a power protection box for cable trunk network branch wiring and branch line control and protection. In operation, it can have 6 to 8 branch input and output lines, enabling multi-route power supply in communities, providing technical support for deep load centers, short power supply radius, and reduced line loss. The conductor connectors inside the low-voltage cable branch box (stainless steel cable branch box) use crimping methods, making installation convenient and input/output lines flexible. It can be equipped with power indicators, fault indicators, silicone rubber fully insulated plug-in lightning arresters, mechanical program-controlled locks, grounding switches, etc., ensuring safe operation and maintenance management. It is used in conjunction with cable network ring power supply.
