GCS is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, factories and mines, hotels, and high-rise buildings, serving as the power, distribution, and motor control center in low-voltage distribution systems, motor control centers for capacitor compensation, and for power conversion, distribution, and control with capacitor compensation.
In power usage scenarios such as low-voltage power control centers and motor control centers in large single-unit capacity power plants and large-scale petrochemical industries, it can meet the special needs of computer interfaces.
The device is a new type of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed according to the requirements of the higher authorities of the Ministry of Electric Power, a wide range of power users, and design departments. It aims to meet the growing power market demands for capacity expansion, computer interfaces, centralized power control, convenient installation and maintenance, and shortened fault handling time, based on principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. The product features high breaking and making capacity, good dynamic stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combinations, strong series and practicality, novel structure, and high protection level.

The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is assembled using a steel frame structure similar to the 8MF type, with multiple mounting holes E=20 on the main frame.
The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet has a total of 32 groups and 118 specifications for the main circuit scheme, and 120 auxiliary circuit schemes, fully meeting various needs.
The drawer units of the GCS low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet have a sufficient number of secondary plug-ins, with 32 pairs per unit, fully meeting the requirements for computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.
The device's functional compartments are isolated from each other, divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms, each with relatively independent functions. The horizontal main busbar is arranged flat on the cabinet top to increase the busbar's resistance to short-circuit electrodynamic forces, giving the device's main circuit high short-circuit strength and good dynamic and thermal stability.
The GCS cabinet's drawers are easy to insert and remove; drawer unit insertion/removal and switch opening/closing use only one handle, equipped with a mechanical interlock device. High-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic parts are used, providing good safety and protection performance.
The MCC cabinet can hold up to 22 units, with a 1/2 drawer output current of up to 100A and a maximum drawer output current of 630A. The height of one module drawer is 160mm.
The main switch can be optionally equipped with imported switches from foreign manufacturers such as ABB, Schneider, Siemens, or domestic well-known manufacturers such as Changre Switch Factory and Shanghai People's Electric Appliance Co., fully meeting different customer needs.
