GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a type of combined low-voltage switchgear assembled by a factory using standard modules. This product is suitable for three-phase AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage 400/690V, rated current 6300A and below, in three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire power systems. It is applicable for power users and power systems in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, etc., for receiving and distributing electrical energy.
This product complies with IEC439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies", GB7251.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies", JB/T9661 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assemblies" and other standards.Product Features:
The switchgear frame is assembled from C-shaped steel, with modular design of components, high interchangeability, and installation hole pitch of E=25mm.
The cabinet door, side panels, top cover, rear door and other parts are coated with electrostatic epoxy powder, while the internal mounting beams, plates, and supports are made from aluminum-zinc coated sheets, providing the cabinet with excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical strength.
The switchgear can be divided into cable compartment, functional unit compartment, and busbar compartment, with each compartment functionally independent and strictly separated.
The horizontal busbar is located at the top of the cabinet, the vertical busbar compartment is inside the vertical busbar box in the middle left side of the cabinet, and the drawer units are at the front of the cabinet, featuring flexible withdrawal and insertion, good interchangeability, and high mechanical strength.
The equipment is compact, accommodating more functional units in a smaller space.
The functional unit compartment has clear indicators for open and closed positions and is equipped with complete mechanical interlocks.
