Hearymax-12 compact fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear series is an intelligent, miniaturized, modular, maintenance-free fully enclosed electrical switchgear launched by Hengxuan Electric to meet the intelligent requirements of the power grid. It is a perfect replacement for KYN28-12.

Intelligent:
Can connect various measurement components inside the switchgear cabinet through intelligent control devices, such as temperature and humidity sensors, voltage and current transformers, and circuit breakers. It can monitor system parameters like temperature, humidity, current, and voltage, as well as the switching status of circuit breakers. Enables real-time monitoring, avoiding the inconvenience and uncertain safety issues of on-site observation or monitoring, improving industrial practicality.
Modular:
The structure adopts modular design, with universal design for each functional unit to meet handling plans for various emergencies.
Cost-effective:
Mass production and mature processes provide obvious cost advantages compared to joint venture brands (such as ABB550) and some major domestic brands.
High Quality:
Each primary main component undergoes individual insulation verification, partial discharge test at 1.2 times rated voltage (partial discharge ≤10PC). Strict testing includes circuit resistance measurement, power frequency withstand voltage test, lightning impulse test, and mechanical characteristic tests such as circuit breaker opening and closing time and speed, ensuring 100% product qualification rate.
Maintenance-free:
Uses SIVCB-12 series integrated electrical structure (vacuum circuit breaker + three-position isolating switch). The vacuum circuit breaker is of solid-sealed pole type, using APG process to directly seal the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and other main circuit parts in imported epoxy resin. This simplifies pole assembly process, improves the reliability of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber's conductive circuit, and achieves maintenance-free product.
