Gutiergear-12 solid insulated switchgear is a new generation ring main unit that meets the 10KV voltage system and current range up to 1250A for medium voltage distribution systems. It is more reliable, environmentally friendly, and has a wider application range than traditional SF6 ring main units. Based on its superior solid insulation, solid sealed poles, and three-dimensional busbar crossing technology, the solid insulated ring main unit fully satisfies various wiring schemes for ring and radial distribution networks.
At the same time, the solid insulated switch unit has demonstrated excellent performance in replacing sectionalizing switches, high-voltage side switches of box-type substations, KYN28 metal-enclosed switchgear, XGN fixed switchgear, and other applications.
By connecting to automated intelligent terminal devices of the solid insulated switch unit, real-time monitoring and control can be easily performed remotely, ensuring the intelligence, reliability, and flexibility of the distribution network system.
Product Features:
- Eliminates the use of SF6 gas, avoiding the need for pressure gas tank design.
- All live parts are fully sealed (switches are encapsulated with epoxy resin sleeves, busbars are encapsulated with silicone rubber), achieving an overall fully insulated and fully enclosed structure. The safety protection level is IP67. The operating mechanism is fully sealed, truly achieving maintenance-free operation.
- Enhanced phase-to-phase isolation design; phase insulation prevents the possibility of phase-to-phase faults.
- Modular assembly structure facilitates circuit expansion, unit replacement, and scheme modification.
- Switch operating positions are independently visible for all three phases.
