Recently, the annual employee and team recognition event was successfully held in the sample hall of Hengxuan Electric. This recognition event, based on previous years' outstanding employees and excellent teams, added awards for outstanding R&D innovation and excellence.

This recognition event, based on previous years' outstanding employees and excellent teams, added the Outstanding R&D Innovation Award and the Outstanding Family Culture Construction Award to commend typical deeds that made significant contributions during the company's development and individuals with outstanding achievements in family building, fostering a hardworking and positive atmosphere within the company.

Ni Hua is the head of the Bidding Group at Hengxuan Electric's Business Center. In 2019, he led a team characterized by perseverance, meticulousness, endurance, and dedication to successfully complete 160 various project bids and issue 326 batches of orders, making a significant contribution to winning market orders and ensuring the company's smooth operations.
2019 was also a fruitful year for Ni Hua's family. His beloved daughter, Ni Fengyi, was successfully admitted to the Department of Energy and Power Engineering at Tsinghua University, exciting news that colleagues eagerly sought to learn from. Ni Hua described a touching gesture by them as parents: during their daughter's studies, they insisted on not watching TV or using mobile phones, instead staying by her side to let her feel she was not fighting alone.
To promote excellent family culture construction, Hengxuan Electric will continue to vigorously recognize employees who demonstrate outstanding behavior and rich achievements in children's education, filial piety to elders, and other family building, encouraging employees to contribute to the company while not forgetting their own family development.
