1. Responsible to the company's Management Department, overseeing comprehensive management within the department. a) Formulate the department's annual work plan and phased work plans, and supervise their implementation. b) According to the work plans, manage task allocation within the department and arrange personnel reasonably. c) Responsible for training, guiding, assessing, and supervising subordinate employees; participate in recruitment and selection for key positions within the department. d) Coordinate relationships between this department and other departments. 2. Organize the formulation of company employment policies, daily personnel management systems, salary systems, personnel file management systems, performance management systems, training systems, and other regulations, implementation rules, and human resources workflows; organize implementation, supervision, coordination, and inspection of execution. 3. Based on the company's overall strategic development plan, optimize organizational structure, job responsibility design, and staffing plans; propose reasonable improvements to the company's organizational structure design and personnel allocation. 4. Oversee and monitor recruitment work, selecting suitable personnel. 5. Organize company compensation and benefits management, supervise the preparation of the annual compensation and benefits plan and adjustment proposals, and review monthly compensation and benefits distribution statistics. 6. Organize company employee performance management and approve performance evaluation results. 7. Oversee and supervise the formulation of employee training plans, approve and supervise training courses arranged according to company development needs. 8. Supervise the signing of labor contracts, organize the handling of labor disputes and employee complaints, and work with relevant departments to resolve issues properly. Supervise various personnel affairs, including attendance, archiving and safekeeping of personnel files, hiring and termination, onboarding and offboarding procedures. 9. Complete other related tasks assigned by the Management Department.
