The KYN28A-12kV Armored Withdrawable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is a complete set of power distribution devices, with 3 ~ 10kV, three phase, AC 50Hz, single bus bar breaking system, which is mainly used for electrical power factory, small and medium capacity generators, industry factories as well as the secondary substation of the power system, to provide the controlling, protection and monitoring of the electric circuits. The switchgears comply with the standard IEC298 or GB3906 etc.
The switchgear has the interlock functions of the “five prevention”, i.e. the five prevention systems of the hand cart for pushing and pulling of circuit breaker, the error operation of circuit breaker, the error operating of grounding switch from disconnection, the error entering to the live cabinet, and the error connection of the grounding switch when it is in live condition.
The switchgear equips with the VS1(ZN63A) vacuum circuit breaker or sealed vacuum circuit breaker, or VD4 vacuum breaker, or HS vacuum breaker.
The switchgear is designed according to GB3906 ‘3 ~ 35kV AC Metal- Enclosed Switchgear’ and the structure is composed of cabinet and centrally installed type components (i.e. hand cart). The cabinet has four separate rooms with IP4X, and the protection level between the rooms and doors of the circuit breakers is IP2X. The product can provide the proposal with the overhead lines and cables and other function plans. Different proposals can be provided by the permutation and combination. The switchgear can be installed, adjusted and maintained from the front, which can make the switchgears stand back to back or against the wall. In this way, the safety and flexibility are greatly increased, but the space is saved.
