The KYN28A-24kV Armored Withdrawable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) has the assembly structure and equipped with new type of full insulated vacuum circuit breakers, which can improve the appearance quality and the fit precision of the hand cart and the cabinet. The pushing and pulling of the hand cart are rather convenient, and exchangeable. The KYN28A-24KV can be rapid produced, assembled and delivered, and also the utilization ratio of the floor space for assembling is increased and can make the batch production. All normal operations of the circuit breaker, the working and back position of the circuit breaker hand cart for working, test and isolation, and the switch for grounding, can be carried out under the condition of the door closed.
The product is in accordance with the standards of GB3906 of ‘3 ~ 35kV AC closed metal switchgear and control equipment ‘, and GB/T11022 of ‘The technical requirements of the high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standard’. and IEC60298 of ‘AC closed metal switchgear and control equipment, rated voltage ≥ 1kV or ≤ 52kV’.
The product has the functions of control, protection and monitoring, and can be used for the power system, 40.5kV three phase AC 50Hz, such as power plant, electric substation and factory for power distribution. In addition to the general power systems, the product can be used in the places which the system may be frequent operated. The environmental conditions for this product in line with GB3906 of ‘3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear’ required.
The structure of KYN61-40.5kVcan be divided into two parts of cabinets and the hand cart of the circuit breakers. The cabinet can be equipped with the new type full insulated vacuum circuit breakers or foreign SF6 circuit breakers. The switchgear is a type of assembly structure, with advantages of rapid production, assembling and timely delivery, and also the appearance quality and the fit precision of the hand cart and the cabinet can be improved.
The cabinet shell is made by imported aluminium and zinc coated plates and treated by CNC machine, and the hardware for connection are high strength bolts, nuts (8.8 grade) or rivets.
The typical structure of the switchgear, according to functions, can be divided into the divisions of relay instrument room, hand cart, cable and bus bar. The divisions are separated by the grounded metal plates so as to prevent the extending of the electric arc, and reduce the risk of faults. Except the relay instrument room, the other three divisions are all equipped with independent voltage relief channels. If any replacement or maintenance is needed, only need to shut down the powers at both ends of components and the maintenance people enter into the cabinet directly, not necessary to shut down the power of whole cabinet.
The protection level of the shell is IP4X. When the door of the hand cart is open and the hand cart is in the positions of breaking and test, the protection level is IP2X, and the closed -door operation can be handled.
The normal operations including the circuit breaker switch, the positions of the circuit breaker hand cart for working, test and isolation, and the switch for grounding, can be carried out under the condition of the cabinet door closed for high-voltage circuit breaker. The cables, overhead line, bus bar, insulation and lightning arrest can be provided in the proposal, and the composite insulation is adopted which is different and advanced than common products.

The customer should provide supplier with the following data concerning the products:
A. The complete primary wiring diagram of the engineering system.
B. The secondary wiring diagrams of the HV switchgear.
C. The layout of the cabinets (If there is bridge for bus bar, the installation sizes and layout should be provided).
D. The layout of the small bus bar at the top of the cabinet.
E. The quantity and model of the spare parts
F. While ordering, the special operating conditions should be provided in written forms.
G. The color code of the switchgear shell and panel.
