Product Introduction

The YBD-12KV prefabricated substation with light system is a new type of modular substation, with another name of landscaped style modular substation. YBD-12KV prefabricated substation has two types of solution by ground sunk transformer and advertisement lighting outdoor switchgear system.

The ground sunk transformer includes transformer, HV load switchgear and fuse, which has the compact feature. The transformer is installed into the pit and save the ground space. In special condition, the transformer can be used in a period of water immersed.

The ad lighting outdoor switchgear is combined with ad system and the outdoor switchgear system. This type modular substation is installed on the ground with the advertisements fixed on the both sides, and the outlook can provide the people by excellent visual feeling.

The YBD-12KV prefabricated substation with light system meet the ECO concept of city, with limited floor area and improve the quality of the environment, and well be used for traffic road, residential area, air port, station and highway. Compare with traditional switchgear system, YBD-12KV substation has the advantages of high reliability, energy saving, noise reduced, ECO and high automation.

Features

Foundation Base:

The foundation base need to be full sealed with min. 6mm steel plate and pre-folded, to avoid water leakage or dust leakage into the pit. The other alternative solution is to use the concrete, but waterproof treatment must be performed to avoid leakage.

Ground Sunk Transformer:

The shell of transformer is made by stainless steel and full sealed up to IP68, in order to the transformer can be operated while be immersed into the water.

For safety, the HV&LV cable mounting of the inlet and outlet will be waterproof, full insulated and full shield.

The oil for the transformer should be the Cyclopentane oil, since this oil has good heat dissipation.

Advertisement Modular for Outdoor Switchgear

The structure of the substation is the advertisement design, and the two doors can be fully opened with gas spring supports, for good operation and maintenance.

Conditions of Use

Sea Level: ≤ 1000m.

Working Temperature：-25 ℃~+40℃;

Relative Humidity: daily average of not more than 95%; monthly average of not more than 90%

Installation inclination <3 °, no frequent severe vibration shocks.

The ambient air should be free from explosive, flammable, corrosive gases and dust.

Installation

The manufacturer can provide the foundation layout for their modular substation. The customer or user can design the foundation by themselves, but the layout need to be provided for manufacturer.

The lightning conductors need to pre-lay in side or around of the foundation of the modular substation. The ground connection and lightning protection of the transformer can be jointly used as one grounding system. The grounding cables to the foundation platform should be not less than two lines and the grounding resistance should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 4 Ohm.(R≤4Ω)

For water proof, the gap between the modular substation and the foundation should be sealed with the cement concrete.
