The ZW32-12F(G) type outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor distribution device with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used for closing load currents and breaking overload and short-circuit currents in power systems. This circuit breaker can be used as a sectional switch on 12KV distribution trunk lines, branch lines, and ring network lines in urban networks, as well as an incoming line switch for rural networks, industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, and construction sites.
The product's complete set consists of an outdoor vacuum circuit breaker, feeder terminal, and connecting cables, integrating advanced technologies such as electronic voltage sensors and line loss collection modules. It meets the relevant technical requirements of the State Grid's secondary integration and is mainly suitable for outdoor distribution systems with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12kV. It is used for line sectioning, linking, branching, and user boundary applications. It functions to break, control, protect, and collect line loss in distribution lines. The aim is to improve the standardization and integration level of primary and secondary distribution equipment, enhance the operation level, maintenance quality, and efficiency of distribution equipment, meet the technical requirements of line loss management, and serve distribution automation construction.Product Features:
- The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase post-type structure, featuring stable and reliable breaking performance, no risk of combustion or explosion, maintenance-free, compact size, light weight, and long service life.
- The circuit breaker uses a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps improve moisture and condensation resistance, making it especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.
- The three-phase posts and current transformers use imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, characterized by resistance to high and low temperatures, ultraviolet rays, and aging.
- The operating mechanism uses a miniaturized spring operating mechanism with low energy consumption for opening and closing; the mechanism transmission adopts a direct drive method with fewer opening and closing components, ensuring high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, solving the problem of mechanism rust and improving reliability.
- The circuit breaker's opening and closing operations can be performed manually, electrically, or remotely (requiring support from an intelligent controller). It can be paired with a controller to achieve distribution automation.
- The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase CTs to provide overcurrent automatic trip protection and enable information analysis by the intelligent controller.
- The circuit breaker can be equipped with an isolating switch, which provides a clearly visible break point when the isolating switch is open and features an anti-misoperation interlock with the circuit breaker body. It can be connected with arrester post insulators for convenient and safe maintenance.
