Product Introduction
The YB-ZF combined transformers for wind power generation is a type of modular transformer (hereinafter referred to as "wind power"), and comply to the voltage of 10kV, 35kV terminal power supply system, as the using purpose of transformer, power distribution, measurement, control and protection. In addition to the transformer, the HV side is equipped with four position load switch or two position load switch, backup protection fuse and plug-in fuse. According to the user requirements, the LV side can be equipped with control electrical appliances, electrical distribution, and the lighting maintenance transformer. The transformer oil is used as the insulation and interrupting media.
This product is to meet the growing demand for wind power generation, and this product is developed on the basis of normal modular transformer and the foreign technology. The product has more advantages of small size, light weight, easy installation, low noise level , Low loss, anti-theft, overload capacity, full range of fuse protection, easy maintenance and so on.
In addition to the product to meet the relevant standards of the components, the system is also complied to the stand of JB / T10217-2000 for ‘modular transformer’.

According to user requirements, the wind power’s LV side can provide the functions of voltage missing and less voltage protection. When HV side lost any phase, the LV side can be automatically shut off. The LV side of system can equip with power electricity, controlling electricity and lighting maintenance transformer etc.. The system must be equipped with the functions of the telemetry and remote communication. As PV power generation’s hard working conditions, the LV main circuit breaker must be the type of low-temperature circuit and provide the test report of -40 ± 3℃, duration 16h, 120 times operation performance and 30 times / hour.
