The KYN28A-24kV Armored Withdrawable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is a complete set of power distribution device for single bus bar and single sub-bus bar power system, with indoor three-phase 50/60Hz, rated voltage 24kV, which is mainly used for electrical power factory, small and medium capacity generators, industry factories as well as the secondary substation of the power system, to provide the controlling, protection and monitoring of the electric circuits.
The switchgear has the interlock functions of the “five prevention”, i.e. the five prevention systems of the hand cart for pushing and pulling of circuit breaker, the error operation of circuit breaker, the error operating of grounding switch from disconnection, the error entering to the live cabinet, and the error connection of the grounding switch when it is in live condition.
The KYN28A-24kV equips with the excellent VS1 series the centrally installed type HV AC vacuum circuit breaker or sealed vacuum circuit breaker. The advanced and reliable protection components are equipped in the secondary circuit of the switchgear, and the bus bar is used or treated by heat-shrinkable insulating material or epoxy coating, the electrode shape is optimized designed, and the structure of the cabinets are compact designed, and the layout of proposal can be flexible designed.

No risk of fire hazard, explosion, severe contamination, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
Special Conditions of Use:
When the using conditions are not in accordance with GB/T11022, the special operation condition can be negotiated and the agreement can be reached between the supplier and the client.
For preventing the condensation, the closed type switch and the heater for the device could be used. The heater need be opened even if the system is under normal operating.
The customer should provide supplier with the following data concerning the products:
A. The complete primary wiring diagram of the engineering system.
B. The secondary wiring diagrams of the HV switchgear.
C. The layout of the cabinets (If there is bridge for bus bar, the installation sizes and layout should be provided).
D. The layout of the small bus bar at the top of the cabinet.
E. The quantity and model of the spare parts
F. While ordering, the special operating conditions should be provided in written forms.
G. The color code of the switchgear shell and panel.
