Product Introduction
The GGD AC LV Distribution Cabinet is suitable for power plant, substation, factory and mining with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 3150A, and can be used as the power distribution and controlling equipment for the power supply, lighting and the power conversion.
Feature
Common cabinet structure design and the cabinet’s frame is made of welded and assembled by 8MF cold bending profile steel. The frame parts and the special parts are provided by the specially appointed manufacturers so as to ensure the precision and quality.
At the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, there are different numbers of cooling slots. When the electrical components inside of the cabinet are scattering heat, the heat in the cabinet is increased and discharged through the top cooling slots while the cooling air is entering constantly the cabinet through the bottom cooling slots, forming a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to scatter the heat.
The cabinet door is connected with the axis hinge to the framework, and easily assembly or disassembly. The A rubber insertion strip is fixed at the edge of the door is to avoid the direct collision of the door with the cabinet, and also increasing the protection level.
The roof cover of the cabinet can be removed if needed, which is convenient to the main bus bar’s assembly and adjustment. There are lifting rings fixed at four corners of the top of the cabinet for lifting and transportation.

Relative Humidity: ≤ 50% at +40℃ (Max); The relative humidity at a lower temperature (for example 90% at +20 ℃), and also the condensation must be considered by the temperature variation.

No risk of violent vibration, impact and corrosion of the electrical components
