Product Introduction

The YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation is one of the series products designed and manufactured to meet the needs of development of State Grid and the wind power industry, which is suitable to the system of the three-phase AC system with the rated voltage 35/10kV, 6kV, 0.69 kV, 0.4kV with the rated frequency of 50HZ , for the electric power acceptance and distribution. The YBM-40.5 has the various advantages of short construction period, save space, competed set, limited investment, removable, easy installation and operation, high reliability and widely used in the construction of city, town, factory, mining, oil fields, port and the wind power industry, also comply to the site of big construction.

Features

YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation is a high voltage substation system with the 35kV HV electricity, 35/10(6)kV power transformer, 10kV switchgear,0.68(0.4kV) low voltage switchgear, DC battery system and relay protection system. The YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation has two types design by integrated and split. For the split type, the transformer is outdoor installed, and build a safety space through certain protection intervals, and connected by the overhead buses and cables between the transformer and the two switchgears

The shell of YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation is made of high quality steel plates with the surfaces anti-corrosion and spray coating treatment. The alternative panel sheet is made by the color steel sandwich boards with insulation. If final using site is the wind power system, the concrete plate with fiber glass reinforcement could be proposed. The cooling system of the power transformer is made by the natural wind ventilation system and the forced ventilations. The controlling of the temperature and the humidity of the rooms for HV,MV and LV is made by the air conditioners and anti-gel devices. All the rooms and accesses are equipped with lights for easy operation and observation.

The HV side of 35kV in YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation can use the XGN-40.5 fixed type prefabricated switchgear or KYN-40.5 armoured removable switchgear or ABB GIS-ZX140.5kV switchgear.

0.69KV LV Equipment Room (wind power generation)

The 0.69kV LV electricity is used in YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation, and mainly suitable for wind power generation. The switchgear models could be GCK, GCS, MNS, and GGD, etc.

Relay Protection Room

In the relay protection room, the panels of AC, DC, signal and motion controlling(RTU), carrier wave or fiber-optic terminal.

Note: According to the user's requirements, the substation can adopt the conventional relay protection or the integrated PC automatic system.

Foundation

The foundation of the prefabricated substation is the concrete foundation with steel reinforcements on outdoor ground. The transformer, 40.5kV switchgear room and 12kV switchgear room are all separated units for flexible transportation, and make combination at site.

The power supply is realized with overhead buses or cables. The customers can make choice according to the project requirements, and can specify the details while ordering.
