Product Introduction
S11 Three Phase Oil Immersed Sealed Distribution Transformer has the features of saving energy and protecting environment, advanced technology, novel structure, nice appearance and so on. It is suitable for 10kV class or 20kV class 50Hz distribution system and it is a upgraded product as the original type ‘S9’ transformer.
Model Details
Product Structure
Iron core: it is made by high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and multi groups with entire ramp lap joints and banding structure, which can effectively improve the distribution of the magnetic flux density, and meet the requirements of low loss, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection.
Winding: it is made by the high quality non-oxygen copper materials and high strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire) winding and multilayer cylinder structure, which has uniform distributing ampere turns and reasonable insulation structure.
The HV and LV windings can adopt the union winding with high efficiency and compacted coil. The winding has been designed by optimizing and cooling, heat dissipation and temperature rise calculation, turn on the winding line for banding, clamping, and wood laminate compaction on the top of winding, in order to enhance mechanical strength and short-circuit winding capacity, to ensure safe and reliable.
Body: it is made by none-suspended core , body with spacing plates and hanging board, which avoid the problem of hanging and the body can’t displace. It also avoid the impact to the product during the transportation. The fasteners using in the body are all lockable and can guarantee free loose during long distance transportation.
Tank: it is made by the tank with corrugation or radiator expansion tank, and has the advantages of free maintenance, non-leaking, small size, good heat dissipation, novel structure, but cancel the oil storage tank and the moisture absorber. The oil volume can be adjusted through the corrugation and radiator expansion when the temperature changes. The structure can separate the air into the transformer, and keep the transformer insulating oil with no touch with the oxygen and water, can reduce the aging speed of insulating oil and paper materials to extend the using life. The seal of the tank adopts the oil proof silicon seal parts, have the resistance of aging and crack, can prolong the using life. The tank has easy operation and maintenance , and cost saving since don’t need shut off the power during the maintenance.
Surface treatment and painting:
All surface of the parts and tank have been treated by three anti-paints (anti-damp, anti-rot, anti-salt fog) and can meet a variety of environment conditions, can ensure the quality of not fall off, no rust, lifespan and bright appearance.
