Product Introduction
SCB Epoxy Resin Pouring Dry Power Transformer, its high/low voltage winding both adopt the epoxy resin insulation pouring solution and has self-extinguishing feature, thermal conductivity and flame-retardant performance. The low voltage winding is double layers cylinder type or copper foil winding type, the high voltage winding is subsection cylinder structure type. In order to reduce the temperature and enlarge the heat exchanging area, a greater capacity winding sets up the cooling airway in the center of the winding. The winding is pouring / drying molding under vacuum condition, after this step it became the firm cylinder, so that the insulation performance is guaranteed, ampere turns even distributing, strong anti-short-circuit capacity and with high lighting-resistant level. It won’t bring the voltaic arc caused by short-circuit, crack and high temperature resistant. Under the high temperature the resin doesn’t produce the toxic and harmful gas, it’s anti-flaming, anti-explosive and nonpolluting, enhancing the mechanical/ electric strength and extending the using life of the products. The product is widely used in urban and rural power grid construction and renovation project, high buildings, commercial centers, hotels, residential areas, tourist attractions, theaters, ports, airports, subways, box-type transformer substation and other transmission and distribution system, especially suitable for use in high request of fire and explosion prevention, large load fluctuation, the dirty/ damp and bad or special environment. It can be operated safely and reliably under 100% humidity so that it reduces the losing and trouble of power cut maintenance. The new product also makes up for the defects of oil immersed distribution transformer.

Product Structure
The product has advanced performance level, and chooses the type “11” technique data, comparing with GB/T10228-2008 standard, which reduced the no-load loss by 20% on average, the no-load current by 70% on average, the load loss by 10% on average and the noise class determination 10dB on average. It is accord with the national industrial policy and technology policy.
The product is fire resistant, anti-explosive and anti-corrosive and no pollution, it can be installed in the center of the load, and can be operated safely and reliably under 100% humidity. The load capacity forces the rated capacity can be raised up to 20~40% when use the wind cooling.
High/low voltage winding adopts epoxy resin vacuum pouring, has the crack resistant after the gelatin is solidified, and has high temperature resistance and strong mechanical strength. High/low voltage winding has ampere turns even distributing, strong anti-short-circuit capacity and high lighting-resistant level.
The partial discharging capacity of new product≤10pC, and has good insulation performance and high electric strength, and can extend the using life.
The product has the advanced functions of automatic temperature monitoring and protection, and can provide the different classes protective shells (IP20, IP30) according to the requirements, and can prevent the happening of man-made accidents, and convenience for indoor using.
The product is small sizes, light weight, easy installation and free maintenance.
